Once the return is approved and the product is received by us in its original condition, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Please note that refunds will be issued for the product value only, excluding any shipping charges.

• For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and unwashed. Under these conditions, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the defective product. We do not accept returns under any other circumstances.

• Products must have the original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
